Bright Futures ABA was founded by Marcus Hibbard, BCBA, and Andrew Chism; both fathers who have seen the positive effects of therapy first-hand with their own children.

Bright Futures ABA is lead by our Clinical Director and Co-Founder, Marcus Hibbard. For 10 years, Marcus has used the science of ABA therapy to help kids with autism reach their goals and maximize their full potential. Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017, he has developed treatment plans for hundreds of individuals on the spectrum from ages 2-21 years old. Marcus’ experience ranges from the development of individualized treatment packages for early intervention, intensive intervention, school-aged intervention, and adult transitional intervention.
Marcus has always had a special place in his heart for working with people with disabilities, which only grew exponentially when his son Lincoln was born with a rare genetic disorder and developmental disabilities. He has since gained the unique first-hand experience of understanding the parental perspective of a child participating in therapy. Marcus developed a strong passion to develop an ABA practice driven by parent perspective and evidenced based interventions.
Andrew Chism joined Bright Futures to assist Marcus in providing life-changing therapy because of the positive impact therapy has had on his 5-year-old daughter, Ellie, who was born with Down Syndrome. Andrew earned his masters degree in Business Administration and brings vast experience in business operations. After experiencing the positive impacts therapy has had on Ellie, Andrew was excited to use his business background to help more kids in his community get access to therapy.
